We only use professional quality supplies. All of our latex balloons are from Qualatex and are made from 100% biodegradable natural latex, these balloons biodegrade at the same rate as an oak leaf. Depends on the type of balloon, helium filled latex balloons will float on average for approximately 12 to 16 hours depending on environmental factors, such as outdoor temperature, room temperature, weather, and humidity. Helium balloons can be treated with ULTRA HI-FLOAT which can extend the life of your balloons float up to 24 to 48 hours. If you need your balloons to float for longer than 24 hours we reccomend using foil balloons instead of latex

It depends upon the time of year your event is held, we prefer to have at a minimum two weeks notice, however we can accommodate last minute requests if we have vacancies
We try to keep deliveries and order pick-ups between 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week but we are happy to accomodate out of business hours deliveries and order pick-ups
Arches and columns indoors can last up to seven days providing they are looked after and aren't subjected to environmental factors. Arches and columns outdoors are subjected to changing temperatures and environmental factors so may only last 1-2 days before some balloons start to pop
We currently do not have a retail store that is open to the public, but have a workshop and storage facility for all of our products. All of our products are available online through our store. Our delivery charge depends on the location of the event and our setup charge depends on the complexity of the set-up. A strike charge is when we return and remove the decor and retrive our equipment, it isn't required for all event types
Depending on the size and type of the decorations, it usually takes between 30 minutes to four hours to build and setup your balloon decorations
